How do people think, learn, and grow? This question has intrigued me since childhood. Exploring these ideas excites me and helps me understand myself and others better. I work full-time as an L&D professional and enjoy speaking at various forums. I have delivered 180+ sessions across India and coached TEDx speakers in crafting engaging speeches. In 2022, I was ranked among the top 125 speakers worldwide at the World Championship of Public Speaking. I believe coaching leadership develops people’s strengths, fostering long-term growth. Over the past three years, I have helped individuals and leaders adopt a coaching mindset using neuroscience, sports psychology, NLP, and transactional analysis. I hold 15+ international certifications, a B.Tech, an MA in Organizational Psychology, and two diplomas in Training & Development.
