I've got over 15 years of experience as a software engineer and manager under my belt. Recently, I aced some challenging interviews to land a gig at some-kind-of-fruit-company. After spending a considerable amount of time in a managerial position, I switched gears to become an individual contributor (IC), a shift that remains fresh in my mind and I'm happy to chat about.
