Santhosh Kumar is a Senior Analyst at Everest Group. He is part of Service Optimization Technologies research practice within Everest Group and his key research areas include technologies such as process mining, task mining, and process orchestration. He did his MBA from IIM Kozhikode during 2018-2020. Prior to this, he has worked with Infosys as senior systems engineer where his major domains included SAP ISU and SAP CRM. He pursued his Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
