Interview Preparation Guide and RoadMap with Sanket Kesharwani

Confused about what to learn, which role to target, or how to prepare for software engineering interviews?

This 1:1 session is for final-year engineering students, freshers, and developers with 0–3 years of experience who want a clear, practical roadmap to crack software engineering interviews and build a better career.

We’ll figure out what you should focus on based on your current skills, experience, and career goals — instead of following random roadmaps or trying to learn everything.

We’ll discuss questions like:

• Which software engineering role should you target?
• Which technologies are worth learning and which can you ignore for now?
• How should you start and structure your DSA preparation?
• When should you start LLD, HLD/System Design, and interview preparation?
• What should you prepare for technical, managerial, and behavioral rounds?
• How do you know when you're actually interview-ready?
• How should you find relevant jobs and companies?
• How can you get interviews through referrals, networking, and better applications?
• If you're already working, when and how should you switch companies?
• What should your preparation strategy look like for the next 1–6 months?

The biggest problem for early-career engineers isn't a lack of resources — it's not knowing which resources to follow, what to prioritize, and in what order.

This session will help you turn that confusion into a clear, realistic and personalized interview preparation roadmap.

Stop preparing randomly. Start preparing with a plan.
