I am an engineer with product mindset. I have an overall professional experience of around 11 years in the IT/Software sector in the areas of Product Management, Program Management, and Data Analyst. Demonstrated leadership capabilities through critical decision-making, accountability, ownership, and adding value to customers. I have completed my Bachelor’s from NIE Mysore and Post Graduate from IIM Indore. As a Product Manager, I have learned not to just sell products but problem solutions and value. As a Program Manager, I have learned team, quality, and time management and how to build products incrementally, faster, MVP, and adaption. I believe that anything can be learned, it's just about connecting dots. That's what I try to do. I love problem-solving, and any product is nothing but a tool to solve problems, therefore I like product management and building products. Apart from that, I like creativity, management, leadership, mentoring, counseling, exploring new things, and hobbies.
