I build and scale enterprise SaaS products - from 0 to 1 launches to multi-million-dollar ARR; in the Retail ERP space at Epicor, where I lead product strategy for Propello (cloud retail ERP, ~900 accounts, $6M+ ARR) and Scheduling+ (workforce scheduling, ~450 accounts, 25K+ users). Over 8+ years at Epicor, I've grown from individual contributor to leading a 10-person cross-functional product team (Senior PMs, PMs, Product Owners, UX), while personally driving the initiatives that moved the needle most: leading integration requirements for a major retail partnership that became half our customer base, proposing and building the cross-sell strategy that took a nearly-shelved product to hundreds of new accounts, and founding an internal AI-innovation event that put real ideas in front of our CTO and CPO. Before product management, I spent 6+ years in ERP implementation across manufacturing, distribution, and retail - running on-site, customer-facing implementations in India and Indonesia; which shapes how I think about enterprise customers. I've sat where they sit. Today, I'm focused on where AI genuinely earns its place in enterprise software - shipping AI-embedded features, piloting AI-driven forecasting, and building AI tooling that helps my own team move faster.
