Hi, I’m Sanju 👋 I’m a Program and Product Management professional with hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), server programs, and cross-functional execution across R&D, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams. I currently work in the AI server space and have experience in CM/OEM environments and global tech organizations like Pegatron and Acer. I started my journey at a Tier-2 college in India and later moved to Taiwan for my master’s degree on a government scholarship, where I studied Industrial Engineering and Management and transitioned into working roles in the tech and manufacturing ecosystem. I’ve navigated the full path applications, scholarships, visas, part-time work, and full-time roles abroad without a traditional “elite college” background.
