I work from a humanistic approach, which simply means I see you—not a collection of problems, labels, or struggles. You are a whole and deeply resilient human being with your own unique strengths, inner resources, and inherent worth.
My role isn’t to analyze you from a distance; it’s to sit alongside you, human-to-human, and help you rediscover the incredible qualities you already possess.
Each session is a 45 to 50-minute sanctuary dedicated entirely to you. It is a quiet pause in your week to explore, understand, and gently look inward.
Because words can sometimes feel limiting, I thoughtfully integrate Art Therapy into our work. Please know that you do not need to be "good at art" or creative at all. We use art simply as a gentle, alternative language. When words are too heavy or hard to find, colors, shapes, and textures help us bring your inner world to light, offering beautiful new ways to express and understand your emotions.
