The hackathon has four main themes:

- IT Operations: e.g., patching, alert triage, ticket routing

- IT Service Delivery: e.g., technician productivity, SLA management

- Growth and Financial Improvement: e.g., profitability, financial insights, lead gen

- Open Innovation: solve any real challenge faced by IT or MSP teams


Participants are expected to build AI agents that solve everyday IT challenges. These solutions should be applicable to real-world problems faced by MSPs and IT teams.
