Sanjeev has handled services and solutions such as ISP services,network integration,cloud computing,data center solutions,system integration,e-commerce solutions,payment & security solutions and mobile network based solutions. He has conceived and operationalized first of its kind project in the country in the payment processing area. Sanjeev identified,strategized and implemented instant validation of credit card payments between merchant establishments,issuing banks and MASTERCARD and VISA networks in collaboration with Equifax Venture Infotek(earlier TTPL). He also identified new business in the hospitality sector, identified partners and implemented the first online country wide hotel reservation system 'RESNET' (now part of KUONI). Sanjeev was also responsible for making pioneering business feasibility plans for mobile TV services and managed IT services using hybrid networks. He has also consulted to Mckinsey&Co (Gurgaon & South Korea), Blackstone Pvt Equity Fund and others. He has experience of interacting at the CXO level in the private, government sectors as also overseas companies across different market segments.Sanjeev has also effectively handled large cross-functional teams across different geographies. Sanjeev also has teaching and administrative experience in leading B-schools in India for the past 7 years and is currently working with IBS, Gurgaon. His area of interest in research include strategic business performance,business excellence, services marketing & operations.
