In my current Role as CEO & Managing Director of Alivesmart India Pvt Ltd I am responsible for Top & Bottom Line Profitability of the organization, Strategic planning / Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Product Management / Organisation development / Distribution Management / Channel Management & Supply Chain Management. Earlier part of my experience covers Design, Development, Testing and Certifications followed by In-charge of Manufacturing and then my previous Role of India Manufacturing Operations Head - responsible for profitability of India Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations of Itron Inc. USA. Having International exposure in manufacturing operations environment in LAM, NAM, APAC & EMEA countries. In my previous assignment, I have been exposed to Green Field Project, Global Bench marking of India Operations. I was responsible for Overall Profitability of India Manufacturing Operations and report to Global Operations Head based in France. Role includes coordination with Global positions in the area of Manufacturing excellence, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Technology transfer, HSE, CSR, Product Management & Finance and deploy suitable initiatives locally. Role also included coordination with Mother Plants and Sister Plants for transfer of Technology, approval of local initiatives and managing Supply Chain function for India with various Global manufacturing units and Global and local Suppliers.
