This is your space. Private, safe, and completely yours. Choose a time that works for you and let the rest unfold.

Before Your Session

1. Please be in a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable.
2. No preparation needed. No right way to feel. Just come as you are.

During Your Session

1. Your 30 minutes are entirely yours — uninterrupted and confidential.
2. You set the pace. Talk, pause, cry, laugh — all of it is welcome here.
3. There is no agenda, no structure, no advice.
4. I simply listen — with full presence and zero judgment.

After Your Session

1. There is no unsolicited follow-up from our end.
2. You are welcome to rebook anytime you feel the need.

Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service: HearMe is a peer listening service. It is NOT therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or any form of clinical mental health service. Our listener is not a licensed mental health professional.

2. Eligibility:This service is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Confidentiality: All sessions are 100% confidential. Anything shared during a session will not be disclosed to any third party, except where required by law.

4. Conduct: HearMe reserves the right to end a session immediately if the environment becomes disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe — without a refund.

5. Crisis & Emergency: HearMe does not provide crisis support or emergency intervention. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please do not book a session — reach out to a professional helpline immediately.

6. Refund and Cancellation: All bookings are final. Once a session is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued — under any circumstance, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows.

7. Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed here.
