Sanjay is an Entrepreneur and MBA professional with over two decades of work experience in entrepreneurship, human resource services, recruitment and selection, mentorship, coaching, sales, managing business, new projects, P&L, operations, marketing, and business development across pharmaceutical and biotechnology, telecommunications, financial services, information technology, and global food services and MSMEs. He talks about leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship, career development, public speaking and strategic thinking at various forums and institutions. He is currently working as Chief of Corporate Relations with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur. He is also a PhD scholar in management at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Symbiosis International (Deemed University (SIU), Pune.
