Striving to make education better. I worked with the Government of Delhi on innovative large-scale educational programs like Happiness and Entrepreneurship Mindset Curricula from 2018-2019. In 2021, I was added to UNESCO's global roster of youth trainers to facilitate training programs on meaningful youth engagement. Over the past three years, I have co-designed and co-facilitated workshops for youth groups and organisations in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. Through my master's degree (2019-2021) in education, I specialised in education policy and curriculum theory. Post my MA, I joined Alohomora Education Foundation as Lead, Communications and Development. Alohomora empowers young adults to make informed and intentional decisions about their careers, enabling them to thrive. I was responsible for building organisational thought leadership in tandem with Alohomora’s overall communications strategy and storytelling. I also documented our impact stories, managed our 2022 fundraising campaign, and created structured pitch decks and grant applications. As a personal interest, I have been exploring A Nagraj's Coexistential Philosophy (https://jeevanvidya.info/) for the past seven years. I believe education, fundamentally, needs to be a process that enables humans to lead meaningful, satisfying, prosperous, aware, and wholesome lives as individuals, and also in their families and communities. I have found the Coexistential Philosophy to hold immense potential in aligning the process and content of education with its deeper meaning. In 2023, I pursued an intense six-month Coexistential Philosophy advanced study program at Manav Teerth, Chhattisgarh (https://manavteerth.wordpress.com/). I am interested in studying, building, and implementing innovative learning initiatives. Some of my academic research areas include policy, socio-emotional learning, discourses on learning outcomes, and research-praxis-policy triangles in education. I am also a photographer and filmmaker. My work has been published/displayed at India Habitat Centre, Alliance Francaise, The Hindu, The Indian Express, UNHCR, etc. As a part of Tuning Fork Film Productions, I have co-designed and co-facilitated film workshops all over India.
