As the Founder of Teachers By Choice, an MSME-registered educational start-up based in Bengaluru, I’ve had the opportunity to build and scale a people-first business from the ground up. What started as an idea has now grown into a thriving learning community with 60+ tutors and 50+ students across personalised 1:1 online classes. Beyond education, my entrepreneurial journey has given me hands-on experience in building systems, managing teams, strengthening operations, marketing services, improving sales processes, hiring talent, and creating a strong personal brand around a mission-driven company. Through my business consultation sessions, I aim to help students, young founders, freelancers, and small business owners navigate the practical side of entrepreneurship — from growing a business sustainably to building the right mindset, structure, and strategy.
