I am a passionate and driven professional dedicated to making a positive impact in the fields of gender equality, mental health, and education. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Sociology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, I have honed my skills in communication, leadership, and strategic and critical thinking. As the Founder-President of Girl Up Saarthi, under the United Nations Foundation, I initiated and led efforts to promote gender equality. Our initiatives have enriched the lives of over 1,000 young individuals through impactful social media campaigns, webinars, workshops, and blogs. My leadership saw the successful fundraising of 8,000 rupees for donation drives in underprivileged areas of Delhi and collaborations with esteemed organizations like WICCI, PeeSafe India, and the Ladli Foundation. In addition to my leadership experience, I have a strong background in mental health advocacy, having interned at Fortis Mental Health, where I gained insights into positive psychology, clinical psychology, and psycho-oncology under the guidance of Dr. Samir Parikh. My role in the #UnmuteYourself campaign highlighted my ability to leverage social media for promoting mental health awareness. My diverse professional journey includes roles in human resources, digital media marketing, and content editing, where I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead teams, strategize effectively, and deliver results.
