I have over four years of experience in UX and UI design, market research, and user testing, working on social media and content platforms for diverse and regional audiences. Before joining Pocket FM in December 2022, I worked as a senior UX designer and a UX designer at ShareChat, where I contributed to the design and development of features and functionalities that increased user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
