I aim to build and strengthen sustainable institutions by employing a systems thinking approach for solving complex social, governance and environment issues. As a Lean Six-Sigma and Design Thinking practitioner, I possess strong background in facilitating transformation and change for impact at scale. I have led several transformation projects with nonprofits working in livelihood, health, education, and skilling, impacting more than 450,000 lives in India. To learn how to solve the policy challenges while working at the periphery of nonprofits and government, I pursued Public Policy at the University of Oxford. Prior to social impact consulting, I spent five years working with grassroots women’s collectives in rural communities of central India, during which I co-founded a non-profit facilitating economic empowerment of women. I started my career with a leading automotive manufacturer where I led business development and process optimisations.
