It was a nice and light evening. I was glad that there wasn't any structure to it. It allowed people to freely meet, chat and spend time together.

She was really helpful, she gave very insightful knowledge about the ecosystem. 🤝 I grew up in a 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐭𝐭a𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝, I believe that bringing individuals together for a common goal can make a significant difference. With this conviction, 𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫-𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 in 2012 with the goal to support activities that promote empowerment through education and internet access, as well as to eliminate child labour in Uttarakhand's villages and slums.
🤝 I started my social impact journey in 2017 with 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜, where I was a 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, which 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬. While at Ashoka, I thought to learn more about youth and social impact and journey took me to 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (Vidhyadhan) where I 𝐜𝐨-𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨 with 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐡𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐫 as mentor guide. Expanding to new states and providing scholarships to 768+ first generation learners from tribal villages of Orissa strongly hinged on my partnership building skills.
🤝 From June 2019, the journey with 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 has been a roller coaster ride. While at QUEST, I have been focused on system strengthening, building new government partnerships and educator development. From engineering colleges to partner organisations to industrial training institutions, we've done it all. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐩𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 2600+ 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 35000+ 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 21𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 172 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 (ITIs) 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞. The degree of trust and autonomy placed in me by everyone opened the door to a new state, Uttarakhand, which is my home and where my journey all started.
