I’m Sanjana, an Electrical & Electronics Engineering graduate from NIT Trichy, currently working as a Network & Supply Planning Manager at Hindustan Unilever. My professional journey has taken me from interning at Tata Steel to managing large scale supply chain networks in one of the world’s biggest FMCG companies. Along the way, I’ve gained hands on experience in operations, planning, and cross-functional collaboration, while learning the importance of adaptability and problem solving in fast paced environments. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and a reflective thinker. In 2025, I began writing on Medium, not to build a career in writing, but to express my thoughts, capture life lessons, and overcome the fear of putting myself out there.
