AI for Leaders Program

This is a 3-part online workshop series that will run from Mar 12th to Mar 26th, 2025 on Wednesdays from 8 to 10 pm IST (or 8:30 to 10:30 am US Central Time).

The first half of each session will be on data-science topic by Dr. Sanjan TP Gupta, IIT-Madras alum with PhD in AI for Healthcare from USA and Fortune500 work-ex in data-science R&D.

Second half of the session will be on leadership development by Yogesh Kabir, IIT-Delhi and IIM-U alum. Syllabus for the workshop series is as follows:

Session - 1: Mar 12th (Wed)

8 - 9 PM: Intro to AI-ML

9 - 10 PM: Navigating fast Changing Era of AI

Session - 2: Mar 19th (Wed)

8 - 9 PM: Intro to Deep learning

9 - 10 PM: Creating Un-hackable Brain by AI using Behavioral design

Session - 3: Mar 26th (Wed)

8 - 9 PM: Intro to GenAI

9 - 10 PM: Deep Work - Doing things that AI can't

Key Learning Outcomes:

- Get introduced to technical jargons and key concepts in machine learning, deep learning and Generative AI

- Develop an understanding of key application domains for different AI technologies

- Get familiarized with easy to use AI tools that can enhance your and your team's productivity

- Develop emotional resilience and adaptability strategies to cope with the anxiety, fear, or uncertainty caused by AI disruptions

- Techniques to retain cognitive independence by resisting algorithmic manipulation, optimizing attention, and reinforcing original thinking

About the course instructors:

- Dr. Gupta, an alumnus of IIT-Madras and University of Wisconsin Madison, USA has 10+ years of experience working on impactful machine learning R&D projects in Fortune 500 companies, non-profit orgs and academic institutions in USA and India. He has mentored 25+ students (UG to PhD level) on short-term research projects and taught basics to advanced courses on data-science to 500+ working professionals (technical and management track) and students (UG, MS and PhD-level) in USA, Canada and India. His workshops and seminars have been hosted at 3 different US universities and 5 different colleges/ professional bodies in India including IIT-Bombay.

- Yogesh Kabir, an alumnus of IIT-Delhi and IIM-Udaipur. He is International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Leadership Coach with 14+ years of experience. He has trained and coached 2,500+ professionals.
