Digital Strategy Roadmap

Scope: If you are planning to build a new AI-powered digital product and/or augment your digital platform offerings, you would benefit from SME (Subject-Matter-Expert) consultation. As part of this module, you will get a deep-dive technical competitiveness assessment for the topic of your interest by comparing the offerings of firms across geographies (up to 5 firms of your choice) as well as ready-to-implement guide of open-source packages, models and APIs that your in-house team can use to build the product.

Expected deliverables: pdf document (competitive assessment report and ready-to-implement guide).

Turnaround time: within 5 weeks (up to 2 weeks for technical competitiveness assessment and another 3 weeks for ready-to-implement guide).
