SANIKA JAIN · COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST

Hi, I’m Sanika Jain, a Counselling Psychologist working in the area of mental health, emotional well-being, and mind–body connection.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for adolescents, young adults, students, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, academic pressure, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship concerns, burnout, grief, life transitions, and personal growth.
My approach is evidence-informed, collaborative, and holistic, integrating psychological approaches such as CBT and MBCT with mindfulness, grounding, breathwork, movement, and other mind–body practices where appropriate.
With a 300-hour certification in Yoga, I am particularly interested in the connection between psychological experiences and the body, and am continuously developing my work in somatic-based interventions and body awareness as a complementary component of mental health counselling.
I believe counselling is not about being told what to do. It is about having a space to pause, understand yourself, process your experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move towards the life you value.
My goal is to help individuals feel heard, understood, empowered, and better connected with both their mind and body.
