I am a Human Resources Assistant at Aster Ramesh Hospitals, a leading healthcare provider in India. I have been working there since Nov 2021, supporting the HR team in various tasks, such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management. I have also been involved in some projects related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition. I have a M.B.A (HR) degree from Ramachandra College of Engineering RCEE, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Computer Science major from Ch.S.D. St. THERESAS (A) COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, which gives me a solid foundation in social media platforms. I am proficient in MS-Office, web browsing, I am passionate about working in the HR field, as I enjoy helping people and organizations achieve their goals and potential. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. I am also interested in working in foreign or Arab countries, as I believe it would give me an opportunity to expand my horizons and experience different cultures and work environments.
