Hey, I am Sandesh from Navi Mumbai, India. I still don't know why I took my first job at D-Mart (something like Walmart in India) as a floor executive. However, I was more interested in something else. There, I started analyzing how they place products, the science behind racks, and the height of product placement, etc. After completing college, I wanted to secure a full-time job as I had to take on financial responsibilities for my family after COVID. That's how I began working at ICICI Bank as a loan document management and disbursement executive. I wasn't happy and decided to quit within 3 months. Then, I got an opportunity at LetsUpgrade as a Special Initiatives Executive, handling their main product called Essentials. Just because it was somewhat related to marketing, I joined. After a few months, I got the opportunity to change my profile to a Marketing Executive, and I was happy. Since then, I have been trying to grow in marketing and give my best foot forward in my career.
