I started as an engineer, moved into product and then into product leadership, where I have built products from zero to one, taken platforms into new markets including India and the Middle East, and hired and grown the teams that ran them. I work with product managers mapping the route to head of product, engineers moving into product, senior people weighing competing offers, and candidates preparing for interviews where the bar is strategy, commercial judgement and stakeholder influence. I also advise founders on market entry and where AI creates durable advantage in regulated markets. Outside work I think a great deal about personal finance and how people make decisions under uncertainty, and I shoot a lot of photographs, which is where I learned most of what I know about knowing what to leave out. Sessions are direct and evidence based, and you leave with a clear verdict on your options and a next step to take that week.
