Digital experience designer creating simple, and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms. I have expertise in designing products for enterprise and SaaS domains. Throughout my career, I have designed various products for companies such as Pitney Bowes, Everwell Health, and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. Currently, at nference, I contribute to their mission to make biomedical data more computable. I designed solutions for biopharmaceutical companies that want to validate hypotheses for drug discovery and clinical trials, built models for drugs, and verified hypotheses for other research scenarios. Some of the technologies involved in those products include data science, natural language processing, de-identification, data visualization, harmonization, and AI-augmented composition. Before nference, I worked at Everwell Health, where I helped them create a digital experience for the Ministry of Health to eradicate tuberculosis in India. I designed their app called Aarogya Sathi, which facilitated efficient medication tracking and patient management for healthcare professionals at hospitals. I conducted extensive testing to ensure usability and effectiveness and collected feedback from various stakeholders and healthcare professionals. At Pitney Bowes, I focused on designing user experiences for the mail and shipping operations of small and medium-sized businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition to my design work, I am committed to community building and sharing my knowledge and experience with other designers. I believe in the power of collaboration and enjoy connecting with like-minded individuals to learn and grow together. I have hosted multiple design meet-ups and helped the community with sponsored partnerships.
