I am a Power Utility Professional with over 8 years of experience in the power sector, specializing in distribution operations, project management, regulatory compliance, and policy formulation. My passion lies in analyzing complex challenges and developing innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and reduce costs. Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered multiple mega projects valued at 1000+ Million INR, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. By effectively managing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders, I have consistently achieved outstanding results. For example, I reduced AT&C loss from 27.5% to 19% by conducting load flow analysis, implementing cost-benefit initiatives, and supporting budgeting processes. As a thought leader, I have spearheaded stakeholder management with diverse organizations such as the Ministry of Power, Department of Energy, and Government of Odisha. I have represented before regulatory and statutory authorities, demonstrating my ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive compliance.
