I am a technology leader with over a decade of experience in Trust & Safety, applied ML/AI, fraud prevention and AI safety. My expertise lies in building and scaling AI/ML systems to combat abuse at an internet scale, ensuring safer online experiences for billions of users. Currently, I lead the T&S AI Committee and manage the Google T&S Safe Browsing team. The T&S AI Committee is a cross-functional initiative within Google Trust & Safety, dedicated to advancing T&S through applied GenAI. I thrive at the intersection of AI, risk management, and organizational leadership, bridging technical innovation with strategic execution to drive user safety at scale. Beyond my technical work, I am deeply passionate about coaching and mentorship. I enjoy developing high-performing teams, empowering individuals to grow, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
