Namaste , I’m Sandeep Machiraju , Currently working as SDE-2 (UI) Developer in Wint Wealth I develop useful and impactful web apps in startups, also a designer by heart who loves to empathize with the problems users face Since my college days, I am very much interested in making websites, the 4-day workshop conducted in 2nd year of B.tech at K L University has given me a path for my Frontend journey.I developed a startup in college, sick seek and later developed a website named skim time. To make them I started learning from every possible source on web development and started coding in JavaScript without any frameworks, that decision helped me a lot in this framework generation. I even learned other required courses for marketing and video editing , that helped me start youtube channel later. Later, in the third year of engineering, when other students are generally busy studying new subjects, I created a website to show my portfolio in photography skills MCWorks.Due to monetary issues, could not afford domain costs in my college days, stopped it as well. However, failures didn’t stop me from experimenting and trying new things. I have worked as a freelancer and also helped local shops with online presence, I have even created many free websites or portfolios for friends who are attending interviews. Slowly I fell in love with web development, I started learning backend as well in python.I got a job in my first company Algonox as a backend developer intern. In the first 2 days, I decided to go to frontend as I want something that excites me and keeps me motivated to do.Luckily, I got to work on both jQuery and Angular projects simultaneously which made me learn quickly. Later in Eunimart, i got chance to dig deeper into web development to develop entire b2b Angular platform twice in 1 year .Based on my work I was awarded “Employee of the month“ , and “Employee of the Quarter” and also promoted to “Team Lead” to manage and lead 6 member team. I even designed an entire web app using Figma and Adobe Xd, depending on requirements. With an enthusiasm for exploring and experimenting,I recreated google meet background blur and gesture-based operation using Tensor Flow JS with Angular. I am always interested in Finance and that enthusiasm helped me choose Wint Wealth.I have a strong opinion that having a job that is the combination of two loved and enthusiastic ones is the best one.The journey in Wint is very exciting and got to learn many things along with React Js, Gatsby Js, and Next js by seeing how startups work from seed to series A and more.
