Monthly Operations & Growth (Q Com/D2C/Ops Issue)

We will work on: Operations planning, daily execution system, rider/team productivity, routing & capacity planning, cost control, SLA/DSR improvement, RTO/NDR control, issue resolution, new hub/city expansion planning, quick commerce setup, launching own website/e-commerce fulfilment workflows, and fixing ongoing operational bottlenecks.

Deliverables: Action plan after every call + weekly priorities + SOP/process structure guidance + performance tracking framework (simple dashboard approach).
