"Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear"- George Addair - Responsible for Off high way Independent aftermarket product release of Liquid filters with close co-ordination with global product owners, Strategies project team, Key account managers & stakeholders - Leading Engineering support (Design & product Release) New to Range, cost down, Relocation projects for Aftermarket products via workflow management - Follow-up & highlight to Cross functional team and the customer, whenever necessary on the project targets with respect to agreed schedule / market entry plan (with regards to timeline, content, availability, performance etc.) -Preparation of test cost estimation / budgeting for upcoming Design & testing activities - Conduct drawing reviews, analyze the design and attributes like fit, form and function for products procured/purchased from suppliers - Responsible for review and release and creation of test plan, test reports acc.to ISO standards - Create Benchmark reports with OES and supplier products for Aftermarket release - Create Risk analysis and deviation permit to product release with cross functional teams - Responsible for design freeze of purchased product and logo printing with supplier - Develop new value-added services for better customer obsession (e.g.: Customer portal, supplier portal, OPL trackers, Part number Monitoring system). - RFQ review for OEM’s & propose product from in-house portfolio via project sales when not working, you'll find me chilling with family, trekking mountains, I am a foodie & no hesitation to try veggies exceptional case egg.
