Hey, I am Sanchita. If I were to describe myself in a sentence, I would say 'I love to get shit done'. It could be hiring for 5 roles in a month, helping my team plan a marketing campaign or building a notion board to increase team's efficiency and track daily tasks. Sometime I might not know exactly how to do it, well then I know how to get that information from the people who does. I started working at a startup when I was 20 and I loved it! That's when I knew I thrive in a fast-paced uncertain yet challenging environment. COVID hit in 2019 and so did my last year of ONLINE college. But that gave me a lot of time to get work experience and I joined Mad Marketing Media. From being the first employee/intern, to 3 years later I was heading the company's operations end to end; a team of 30, 20+ brands and crazy marketing campaigns. Here I am 4 years later, still working for a startup and adding more hats to my feather.
