About me
I'm San, an imaginative, pragmatic, agile, and experimental leader and implementer. As a learning machine and vaccinated karaoke fan for life, I place great care and conscientiousness into applying strategies and leveraging collective strengths to solve complex, multivariate problems. Removing obstacles, galvanizing minds with focused iterations, and taking risks with educated, well-tested measures are some of the practices I thrive upon.
Some accomplishments:
✷ Recommended to serve as a Fulbright Scholar by the Council on International Educational Exchange (democratic technology, civic hackathon, global ambassadorship)
✷ Invented Page Flip for Amazon's Kindle Paperwhite, launched across 145 countries and supporting 9 languages, eventually propagating to the entire Kindle family of digital readers and mobile apps (e-ink hardware, reading navigation, consumer devices)
✷ Storyboarded and edited ~280 panels in 6 weeks with 4 iterative sprints using both 2D and 3D software (illustration, visualization, cinematic storytelling)
✷ Built a featured electrical circuits project based on excellence in documentation, reproducibility, and originality, sharing the results to educate others and uplift community and event spaces
