As a Talent Attraction and Acquisition professional at EY, I bring over 9 years of experience in HR and Recruiting to one of the leading global professional services firms. I have an MBA in HR and Marketing from DSI and Talent Management certification from XLRI Jamshedpur, a prestigious business school in India, and a certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn.
In my current role, I collaborate with the business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates across various domains and geographies. I leverage CRM tools and data-driven insights to create a positive and inclusive candidate experience, and build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am also skilled in diversity recruiting, confronting bias, and thriving across our differences.
