Hello! I am a business strategist, people expert and productivity nerd at heart. I have served in a multitude of roles across the C-Suite; from spearheading recruitment to leading strategic business initiatives; from preparing to scale to developing sales funnels. I have had an enriching career journey that has kept my curiosity and love for novelty alive. My last two jobs as CEO of invest2innovate (a startup ecosystem builder) and CEO of The Hive (Pakistan’s largest coworking space) enabled me to extend my work from working with individuals to creating spaces and ecosystems for people to do their best work. I am also the founder of the National Digital Design Conference which hosts close to 1,000 people from around the world every year. These days, I'm deeply engrossed in crafting communities and conversations that don’t just pass the time—they change lives. It’s my belief that the right dialogue, at the right moment, can unlock doors we didn’t even know were there. This passion for meaningful engagement is at the core of everything I do, driven by a conviction that at the heart of every great achievement lies a great conversation. Outside of work, my curiosity finds me amidst a 10,000-piece puzzle or diving into the latest productivity insights—a testament to my love for patterns, efficiency, and the endless quest for 'new' things.
