I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University of Central Punjab, and a certification in communication and public speaking from Lahore University of Management Sciences. As an HR Operations Specialist at Educative, Inc., I manage the complete onboarding, offboarding, and pre-employment activities, using BambooHR as the HRIS. I also work extensively on building community and developing an open culture at work, and I am currently working on a benefits development program and a new hire orientation revamp. Previously, I was a technical recruiter at Motive and a business recruiter at KeepTruckin, where I sourced, screened, and reviewed candidates, and created pipelines of potential talent, using Greenhouse as the ATS. I have also co-founded a consultancy and coaching service, where I offer my expertise and guidance on people and culture topics.
