Since the beginning of my career in 2019, I have been driven by a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in every role I take on. Starting my professional journey with internships, I quickly gained hands-on experience that laid a solid foundation for my career. From 2021 to 2023, I worked with a service startup as a Junior Officer in HR, Accounts, and Secretarial. My focus was primarily on recruitment and people management, where I honed my skills in fostering positive employee relationships and streamlining HR processes. Currently, I am thriving in a product-based SaaS environment as an HR Admin & Operations professional. In this role, I efficiently manage a wide range of HR operational tasks, including payroll management, travel coordination, grievance handling, employee engagement, offer management, and the onboarding & offboarding process. My ability to adapt and excel in various HR functions has enabled me to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
