Most case comp advice online is generic. Frameworks, templates, the same MECE diagram recycled a hundred times.

I've competed in 10+ case competitions and won 2 national-level - i IIT Roorkee and IIM Nagpur. I know what judges actually look for, what kills otherwise good presentations, and how to build a case when you have no idea where to start.
