I am an Engineer turned Career Counselor. In the past 5+ Years, I have counseled 7000+ students across India. I have also worked with top companies like Accenture Strategy, Tata Power, and Indian Railways for 10 Years. I was not happy and satisfied with my engineering career. I chose engineering because my elder brother chose engineering. Soon after I started working, I realized that Engineering is not my cup of tea. Then I started searching for the right career option for myself. In this process of self-exploration and soul-searching, I tried different career options and then I realized that helping students through Career Counseling is what I love the most and then I transitioned my career into career guidance. And yes, I am loving it now! With my own experience, I thoroughly understand the pain points and challenges that students and their parents go through in choosing the right career. I counsel, mentor, and coach teens (class 9-12) to identify their genius and reach their full potential.
