There are a few principles that help me in creating and delivering products that delight our customers: ❇️Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency around key cross-org programs. ❇️Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparency. Clarify the problem, not the solution - before jumping on the solution, understand the problem. ❇️Understanding Customer - Empathizing with end users and obtaining an opportunity to shape technology which helps them ❇️Be data-driven - spend a reasonable amount of time understanding metrics to see customer signals. ❇️Make it simple - design experiences that don’t make your customers think. ❇️Outcome vs. Output - learn to deliver business outcomes, not a list of deliverables. I am currently helping The Home Depot to design and manage technology solutions that support and enhance critical business processes using thoughtful and refined user experiences. When I am not doing any of the above, you will find me Photographing (Landscape, Street, Portraits) bouldering, mountain biking, reading books (biographies, finance, and technology), or on motorcycle tracks racing.
