In this session, we will understand your overall goal for the coaching engagement. We will reflect on and, if required, refine your goals so that they bring the most benefit to you and are transformational for you.

At the end of the session, you will have more awareness about the situation and yourself, and new perspectives to work with.

Finally, with your permission, I will mail a coaching program proposal tailored for you for your consideration.
