Super speciality training in maxillofacial surgery is new in India. I have underwent extensive exposure and training in a tertiary care hospital of national importance under ministry of health and family welfare Government of India. This training enabled enhanced skills and better understanding of a multidisciplinary team approach. I have become a better team member who's always ready to contribute and discuss. understanding others perspective is my strength. I am better equipped in my actions and vocabulary to be a good team member. With self belief and ability to get best out of people around i can lead the team as per the requirement.
