My professional journey started with 12 years in operations and project management, where I led teams, managed processes, and drove quality improvements. This foundation has given me strong competencies in team leadership, stakeholder management, audits, and process optimization. Recognizing the growing importance of technology, I decided to pivot my career towards the tech industry. Over the past year, I’ve immersed myself in acquiring and applying technical skills, particularly in manual testing, AWS, and data science. My transition into tech is marked by hands-on experience in manual testing, where I ensured the quality of various processes, and AWS, where I implemented cloud solutions for project tracking and data storage. I am currently advancing my technical expertise through ongoing training in automation testing and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a focus on AWS as the primary platform. This training is expected to conclude by the end of September, equipping me with the skills needed to manage and deploy applications across different cloud platforms. Additionally, I have developed strong proficiency in Linux and shell scripting, which are essential for cloud and automation tasks. In terms of certifications, I hold credentials in Lean Six Sigma (Green and Yellow Belt), Power BI, Agile Foundations, and have completed PMP training.
