How to start podcasting?

I'll be covering:

1) Tech Support: Where do you host your show? What equipment should you use? How do you edit the episodes?

2) Frequency Duration Metric: How long should your episodes be? How often should you release it?

3) Positioning + Packaging + Design: Should your cover art be minimal? How would you describe the show in one line? Who's the ideal listener(s) of the show?

4) Promotional/Editorial Strategies: We'll attempt to take a crack at how the show can end up on the recommended playlists/editorial placements on audio platforms, which is by far the biggest driver for growth.

5) Vocal Training: How comfortable are you with the mic? What can we do to make it better?
