Salesforce Project Kit: Lead Routing Engine with Samarth Ahuja

Most Salesforce portfolios are a few Trailhead badges and a to-do-list LWC. This kit gives you a project that interviewers actually ask about: a lead-routing engine with real design decisions, concurrency, failure handling and tests.

What you build

New leads are given out round-robin within their region. Reps on holiday, and reps already holding their cap of open leads, are skipped. Leads nobody can take go to a fallback queue. Sales operations manage regions, reps, caps and holidays themselves, on a Routing Board built in LWC.
