Taken up additional responsibility of managing audits (internal & external), risk & insurance, compliances, polices and treasury (finance). I have a strong background in corporate governance, legal compliance, document drafting, incorporation, due diligence, private equity funding, audits, FEMA, RBI, IPR, labour law, policies, cross border incorporation, and compliances. I have also handled various agreements, special approvals, reporting and filings, registrations and licenses, and appearances on behalf of the company.
