My recent session was really fantastic. It seemed more like a conversation about my goals and abilities than a lecture. Sam has been a huge help in helping me identify my abilities and potential career paths. He gave me advise that was specifically geared to me rather than being general. Every action, from improving my résumé to sprucing up my LinkedIn profile, served a purpose. The fact that the goal was finding the proper job rather than simply any job was what I found the most intriguing. He taught me the value of networking in addition to online job applications when searching for a career. Suddenly, networking didn't sound as frightful. The session seemed more like a commitment to my professional development than a one-time event. Hoping to take more sessions in near future.
