About me

I’m a seasoned Product Manager with ~7 years of experience spanning AI-driven customer experience transformation, B2B SaaS, and supply chain innovation. Currently at Unilever, I’m spearheading the development of a custom GenAI solution designed to revolutionize customer experience. By leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), I’m enabling automated classification of customer queries across geographies, extracting actionable insights from emails and chats, and streamlining case/ticket creation. This system functions as a next-gen, highly intelligent CRM to enhance customer satisfaction. My tenure also included a stint at Unilever’s Manila office, broadening my understanding of regional markets. Previously, I built and scaled B2B SaaS products in the "Order to Deliver" space, optimizing supply chain processes for South East Asia, particularly the Philippines and Indonesia. I led the development of a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) platform from scratch, driving automated replenishment and improving operational efficiency for our customers. Before transitioning to product management, I honed my technical expertise as a software developer at Oracle and Khoros. I hold an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Science, graduating top of my class.
