As an aspiring organizational psychologist, I am passionate about applying psychological principles and research to improve the well-being and performance of employees and organizations. I am pursuing two master's degrees in business and organizational psychology and psychology (HRDM) at Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin and Christ University, Bangalore, respectively. I am also gaining hands-on experience as a human resources intern at Timbel India and a consulting intern at CHRIST Consulting, where I contribute to various projects related to research, employee benefits, communication, training, and appraisals. Previously, I have worked in HR positions at SkilledUp Life and Deal Lite, two Manchester-based firms where I had the opportunity to work with a global workforce. I have also authored a publication on the feasibility of virtual reality for stress management in the workplace, which is accepted in The International Journal of Indian Psychology. I also work as an Impact Analyst at Impaakt, Switzerland, where I research and write about the impact of organizations on the environment and society. I am a highly driven, creative, and resilient person with the ability to take initiative and think out of the box. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to help organizations create positive and productive work environments.
